How to Work from Home
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic people have been sharing advice on how to more successfully and healthily work from home. Adjusting to a new work environment has been difficult for many people and brings to light difficulties with concentration, boundaries, etcetra. As someone who already has difficulty staying focused on a single task, working from home has been a difficult adjustment. Add to that the constant anxiety and strain on my mental health that sudden changes bring, and working from my bedroom seemed like an impossible task. Seeing pages on Instagram share advice on being productive and working from home has helped me to create a plan to stay focused. My hope is that by sharing the posts that were helpful for me, others will also find some guidance and comfort.
